"I don't EVER give reviews but this time I felt I had to. This agency is TOTALLY unreliable.
I found a car I wanted to buy and got a quote from them in April 2026. The quote was documented in an email and all coverage was correct. The quoted premium was $393.68 per month.
I worked on completing the purchase and called them back to secure the insurance. I called to speak directly with the original agent who was not available. The person I was speaking with said they could assist me and added that she could even improve on the quote. The new premium was $302.70. I was happy and I bought the car. Premiums were withdrawn by auto-pay from my bank.
About two weeks later I received via mail the insurance declaration which had the wrong coverage. I called the agency and now got a third agent. This agent took all my information and came back to me saying that the new premium to provide the coverage that was documented under the original quote would be over $800 per month. Much back and forth ensued.
Before there was any resolution and without any explanation, the next month my auto-pay was changed to $363.19. On their website there is no way to stop or pause this payment without cancellation of the policy. I let it go through pending the final resolution.
Shortly thereafter, they came back with their final quote at $874.62!! I cancelled and took my business to Geico. Their premium is $446.44.

"Pues llevo como 4 años tal vez más o menos pagando mi seguro de dos vehículos y de inquilino, el seguro de inquilino no lo iba a comprar Pero me convencieron que me serviría algún día,mes con mes, sin fallar nunca, y hace 2 días, 07/06/2026 por la lluvia se inundo los sótanos de dónde vivo por lo cual desalojaron a todos, por qué el departamento estaba inhabitable por falta de luz, agua caliente y gas,,hablé a la compañia de seguros para buscar ayuda con el hospedaje, y una señorita muy amable de nombre Lili,, me apoyó para hacer mi reclamo,, y aunque hubo algún pequeño contratiempo, me resolvieron y me apoyaron, doy las gracias a State Farm por la ayuda que me brindaron en el momento que lo necesite,, y recomiendo está compañía y en especial está oficina,, gracias por el apoyo!"

"They did cancel my policy with out notification,if it wasn’t because I didn’t pay,but to remind the payments they do have time,if my daughter hadn’t had an accident,I wouldn’t have found out that they canceled. Now we have to pay with our own money because they didn’t notified us the cancellation. They said to me they did send me notification but that is not truth."

"The only time they demonstrated an ability to communicate effectively was the initial sign up, which was prompt. After that, they requested further information in the most disjointed way possible from various people, each requesting different things using different modalities and in multiple messages/email chains, and few of them responding appropriately throughout the experience.
They have not shown the professional aptitude or organization skills that I had previously experienced with other State Farm agencies. Very disappointed with these services."
